Refunds
Please inspect any item upon receipt and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as peptides). Due to the nature of our NAD+ protocols and packages all protocols and packages are paid for in its entirety upfront. NAD+ protocols and packages are non-refundable even if a client decides to not complete treatment course.

Cancellations
If your appointment is confirmed at any time with one of our staff members, the below cancellation rules apply.
Cancellation – 24 hour advance notice
We require at least 24 hour advance notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fees.
To provide cancellation or rescheduling notice, you must contact us: by replying to the appointment confirmation email or call/text directly, or contact us via contact form.
Cancellation – less than 24 hour advance notice
If you or part of your group cancel within the 24-hour advance period, your will be will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee for individual appointments, and a $50 cancellation fee per person for group appointments.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to $80. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full and no refund is applicable. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have travelled specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
